To the surprise of no one, Peyton Manning is your 2013 MVP.
The NFL announced the news on Twitter:
The Denver Broncos also congratulated their all-conquering star as well:
Coming into the night, Manning was the odds-on favorite to take home the honor. In addition to earning his 13th Pro Bowl appearance, he won the AP Offensive Player of the Year and FedEx Air Player of the Year.
He set the NFL record for most passing yards (5,477) and passing touchdowns (55) in a season. And he helped the Denver Broncos to a 13-3 regular season, tied for best in the NFL, and a place in Super Bowl XLVIII.
