A Scout’s Take on Potential Free Agent Tight End Garrett Graham

Earlier this week, Ian Rapoport reported via NFL.com that the Houston Texans were trying to re-sign tight end Garrett Graham before he hits the open market in free agency. The Green Bay Packers reportedly have their sights set on Graham, according to Rapoport.
Starting on March 8, teams interested in prospective free agents can start negotiating with the player's agent until free agency officially begins on March 11. If both sides reach an agreement, the contract can't be signed until Tuesday.
Because of the news regarding Graham, I wanted to get the perspective of scout Chris Landry, who I had an opportunity to talk with on Friday during Steve Duemig's radio show.
Landry believes that the former Wisconsin Badger is the best of the available tight ends in free agency:
I think he's the most coveted [tight end] free agent out there. Obviously Jimmy Graham is franchised. Cumberland of the Jets is a more athletic guy, but is not really developed or polished at this poin...
