A Scout’s Take on How C.J. Mosley or Ryan Shazier Could Help the Packers

I had another opportunity to talk with scout Chris Landry on Friday on Steve Duemig's radio show, which was guest-hosted by Tom Krasniqi.
I wanted to get Landry's opinion about two linebackers who the Green Bay Packers may have an opportunity to select in the first round with pick No. 21 in the 2014 NFL draft.
The linebackers are C.J. Mosley from Alabama and Ryan Shazier from Ohio State.
Landry gave his take on both of them:
"Both are outstanding and are a little bit different."
I had written about both of these linebackers in a recent story about the best-case scenarios for the Packers in the upcoming draft which takes place starting on May 8.
Shazier had a very nice three-year career at Ohio State, where he had 317 tackles, 45.5 tackles for a loss, 15 sacks, one interception for a touchdown, 16 passes defended and nine forced fumbles.
