What’s Next for Buffalo Bills Following Kiko Alonso Injury?

The Buffalo Bills suffered through yet another disappointing season in 2013, but there were bright spots, including the play of rookie linebacker Kiko Alonso.
However, hopes that the team would take a step forward in Doug Marrone's second year as head coach were dealt a potentially crushing blow Tuesday, a blow made all the more stinging by the fact that camp wasn't even underway when it happened.
As Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports, Alonso suffered a potentially serious knee injury while working out in Oregon:
Bills general manager Doug Whaley released a short statement. "We have learned tonight that Kiko Alonso injured his knee while working out in Oregon. We do not have the details at this point, but early indications are that it may be significant."
