Giants Fan Urges Others to Burn Eli Manning Jerseys

September 9, 2014   ·     ·   Jump to comments

Eli Manning has won two Super Bowls—and two Super Bowl Most Valuable Player awards—as quarterback of the New York Giants. That apparently isn't enough for one Giants fan.
Manning quarterbacked New York to Super Bowl titles in the 2007 and 2011 seasons. However, everyone knows that the NFL is all about "what have you done for me lately?"
The Giants have made the playoffs only once in the past five seasons and have yet to make it back since they won the second Super Bowl. That has some fans—especially the one in this video—frustrated.
Manning led the NFL in interceptions last season and threw two in New York's season-opening loss to the Detroit Lions on Monday night. If the two-time Super Bowl champion continues to throw interceptions this season, there may be more Giants fans burning their No. 10 jerseys.
