Fleet-footed wide receiver Torrey Smith is always a threat to blow the top off an opposing defense, so it comes as no surprise that the Ravens are keen to keep him in Baltimore.
Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports contract details of an offer the Ravens reportedly made to Smith:
Smith has averaged 16.9 yards per catch during his four years in Baltimore and had a career-high 11 touchdowns in 2014.
The talented pass-catcher had expressed a desire to remain with Baltimore and get a new deal done even before free agency hit, per BaltimoreRavens.com's Ryan Mink:
