Mike Pouncey, Dolphins Agree on New Contract

The Miami Dolphins weren't about to let one of the best centers in the league slip through their grasp. Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reported the team agreed to a long-term extension with Mike Pouncey on Friday.
James Walker of ESPN provided contract details from ESPN's Adam Schefter:
According to Salguero, the deal makes the 25-year-old the NFL's richest center:
The Dolphins selected Pouncey with the 15th overall pick in the 2011 NFL draft. He has spent his first four years in the league in Miami, starting 58 regular-season games during that stretch. He made the Pro Bowl in 2013 and 2014.
His current deal was set to expire after the 2015 season, so there was a little bit of urgency from the Dolphins' perspective with regard to working out a new contract now.
