Aaron Hernandez Double Homicide Trial: Latest Details, Date, Witnesses and More

Aaron Hernandez, who was convicted of murder in the first degree and sentenced to life in prison without parole in April for the murder of Odin Lloyd, now awaits trial after being charged in the double homicide of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado.

Date of Status Hearing Set Tuesday, May 5 Michele Steele of ESPN has more information on the status hearing for Hernandez:
Hernandez stands accused of gunning down De Abreu and Furtado in Boston at the Cure Lounge as the two sat in De Abreu's BMW on July 16, 2012. There was a third man in the car who was wounded but not fatally shot. 
According to a statement released by the Suffolk County District Attorney in April (via Brandon Schlager of the Sporting News), Hernandez is also being charged with "three counts of armed assault with intent to murder and one count of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon for shots fired at three survivi...
