Sammy Watkins Injury: Updates on Bills Star’s Recovery from Hip Surgery

With Buffalo Bills second-year wide receiver Sammy Watkins recovering from offseason hip surgery, the hope remains that he will be able to fully participate in training camp. His appearance at organized team activities certainly was a good sign.

The good news for the Bills is wide receiver Sammy Watkins, who has been recovering from offseason hip surgery, took one rep during team drills Tuesday. That was Watkins' first rep during team drills since surgery.
"He's getting close," [Bills head coach Rex] Ryan said. "He's right where we want him to be. By training camp we expect him to be ready to roll."
