Roseman, Possible Mancrush?

Is it possible to have a mancrush on someone who looks 14?  Our wonderful GM Howie Roseman has made some serious moves this offseason.  I have been inundated with schoolwork, and I can't find the time to keep up with all of the articles coming out about either McNabb (I eat my words here), or Ernie Sims.  
The addition of Sims to the defense, at first had me pleased.  We got a linebacker at a reasonable cost.  The more I read, the more I love.  He's got leadership ability, he's young, he's got a high ceiling, he's a starter, he's versatile, and most importantly we're still loaded with picks.  The article on the Eagles website quoting Matt Millen really has me near ecstatic.  If Sims is as good as his first round pedigree would suggest, then we truly got a steal, and I am in love with our new GM.
