NFL Week 3 Picks: Early Odds and Predictions for Every Upcoming Game

It's always the case when a new NFL season begins that the first few weeks feature a lot of head-scratching games as the balance of power in the league sorts itself out. 
Week 2 was no different, featuring surprising wins by the Washington Redskins (24-10 over the St. Louis Rams) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (defeating the New Orleans Saints 26-19).
Teams expected to be powerhouses this season, such as the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens, were defeated in surprise outcomes against conference foes. 
With such wide shifts between expectations and reality for so many games, how accurate can our Week 3 picks be? Teams are still forging their identities, so for now, we'll take what we've seen in the first two weeks of NFL action and include picks and odds for all Week 3 games, as well as preview some must-see matchups.
