The Philadelphia Eagles have a golden opportunity to put their tough start to 2015 in the rearview mirror and move atop the NFC East on Monday Night Football, welcoming the New York Giants to town.
The Eagles enter Monday's game at 2-3 and tied with the Dallas Cowboys at second in the division, but a victory over the 3-2 Giants would give them the NFC East lead and all but erase a poor beginning to the season. With how tight this division has been in recent years and how evenly matched it appears in 2015, the result will have massive implications on the playoff fates of both parties.
