There's nothing more frustrating in the world of NFL fantasy football than seeing that dreaded "Q" next to a notable player's name.  
That, of course, denotes a player who is questionable throughout the week with one injury or another. But in the ever-transparent landscape of the league, more details are typically out there to help owners decide whether to take a chance on their injured players in the lineup.
It's not always wise to take the gamble, so let's buy and sell some of the notable injured players for Week 10.
 
Buy: Calvin Johnson, WR, Detroit Lions
Owners of Calvin Johnson have received reason for concern coming off the Detroit Lions' Week 9 bye, as he's been limited in practice this week with an ankle injury, per the team.
