2016 NFL Mock Draft: Post-Week 13 Breakdown

It's been a rough week for the Cleveland Browns, losing in heartbreaking fashion Monday night against the Baltimore Ravens and then suffering a blowout loss to the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday. 
But it hasn't been all bad news for the Browns lately. 
The Tennessee Titans' victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday afternoon bumped the Browns up to the No. 1 pick in the draft.
As the only team with just two wins this season, the Browns now control their own destiny for the top pick.
If the Browns lose next week against the San Francisco 49ers, they may have the top pick wrapped up, as their final three games will come against playoff contenders.
