Jameis Winston, Doug Martin, Mike Evans Post-Week 15 Fantasy Advice

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost to the St. Louis Rams, 31-23, in a Week 15 Thursday Night Football matchup, but fantasy owners of some Bucs players enjoyed a decent start to their week.
Quarterback Jameis Winston continued to be a good fantasy play as Tampa Bay passed nearly twice as many times as it ran the ball after falling behind 28-6:
Despite leading an awful-looking offense in the first three quarters, Winston threw two fourth-quarter touchdown passes to salvage his day.
Since a 29-point fantasy performance in Week 11, per ESPN.com, Winston has alternated between 13 and 18 points over the past four weeks.
He is a solid QB2 play right now, but he has thrown for more than two touchdowns only once this season, though five rushing touchdowns elevate his value.
He also has a nice matchup in Week 16 against the Chicago Bears, who rank 22nd against quarterbacks, allowing 17.2 fantasy points per game, according to ESPN.com.
