OK, so maybe you’re still playing for something in the final week of the regular season, but that’s a pretty risky move and something you might want to discuss with the rest of your league before the start of next season. Luckily, a lot still has to be decided in terms of seeding in both the AFC and NFC and some playoff spots remain.
For the teams that are out of it, evaluation mode is in full swing, and that’s something you’ll have to worry about in Chicago. Last week, running back Jeremy Langford had more carries and more snaps than Matt Forte. It’s the second time in three weeks Langford has had more snaps than Forte, but it shouldn’t come as a surprise. Forte is a free agent, and Langford is likely the future of the position.
