Seahawks’ Wilson Finishes Season with Record-Breaking Stat Line

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson finished the 2015 regular season with an historic stat line, becoming the first player in NFL history to record 4,000 passing yards, 30 passing touchdowns and 500 rushing yards in a single campaign, per NFL on ESPN.
Of course, such a feat likely would have seemed inconceivable just a couple of months ago, as Wilson and the Seattle offense looked less than spectacular while fighting through poor offensive line play and some key injuries.
The passing game finally broke out in a 39-32 Week 12 home win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, with Wilson completing 21 of his 30 pass attempts for 345 yards and five touchdowns, despite losing star tight end Jimmy Graham to a severe knee injury during the game.
In a sign of things to come, wide receiver Doug Baldwin stepped up in Graham's absence, catching six passes for 145 yards and a career-high three touchdowns.
