Eric Rogers, Former CFL WR, to 49ers: Latest Contract Details and Reaction

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Wednesday that the San Francisco 49ers have signed wide receiver Eric Rogers, formerly of the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. 
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Rogers will receive a two-year deal with a $100,000 base salary guarantee, a $125,000 signing bonus and $75,000 in other bonuses.
Schefter said it is the "most lucrative" deal for a CFL player since the Miami Dolphins acquired defensive end Cameron Wake.  
The Dolphins signed Wake to a four-year, $2.6 million deal in 2009 after his two seasons with the British Columbia Lions, per Spotrac.com.
A 6'4", 215-pound receiver, Rogers led the CFL with 1,448 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns in his second season in the league. The 24-year-old is a product of Cal Lutheran University, a Division III school.
