Vinny Curry, Eagles Agree on New Contract: Latest Details, Comments, Reaction

As the Philadelphia Eagles enter a new era under head coach Doug Pederson, they are bringing back defensive end Vinny Curry. 
According to Albert Breer of the NFL Network, Curry and the Eagles agreed to a contract extension on Tuesday worth $47.25 million ($23 million guaranteed) over five years. 
Curry tweeted a short message that included an Instagram post: 
A second-round pick in 2012, Curry has had an up-and-down career with the Eagles. He had a breakout year in 2014, recording a career-high nine sacks, which earned high marks from Michael Renner of Pro Football Focus:
