Police Obtain Johnny Manziel’s Ex-Girlfriend Colleen Crowley’s Medical Records

The medical records of Johnny Manziel's ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, have been obtained by the Dallas Police Department after it opened an investigation into the quarterback's alleged assault, according to a Thursday report by ESPN.com's Pat McManamon.
Scott Gordon of NBC5 in Dallas relayed a statement from Crowley's lawyer, Kathy Kinser, that said her client suffered a ruptured eardrum in her left ear as a result of Manziel's alleged actions.  
"They expect [her ear] to heal but it'll take a while," Crowley's attorney said, per Gordon.
Citing a source, McManamon reported Crowley still couldn't hear out of her ear as recently as a week ago. 
According to McManamon, the source said "medical records could verify the injury and could affect any charges that might be filed."
