NFL Reviewing Video of Dante Fowler Jr. Watching Altercation Between 2 Women

The NFL plans to review video of an incident involving Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Dante Fowler Jr., which shows the former Florida star watching an altercation between two women.
"These are disturbing images, and we will review the matter," the NFL said, per TMZ's Mike Babcock.
In a surveillance video obtained by TMZ Sports, Fowler appears to be speaking to a woman before a fight breaks out between her and another woman. TMZ reported the two parties are Fowler's girlfriend and the mother of his child.
While Fowler is not shown being violent with the women, the video depicts him as an instigator. Rather than trying to stop the altercation, he makes a gesture with his left arm, and the women begin fighting as Fowler steps away. The two throw multiple punches as Fowler looks on closely. He eventually pulls them apart, but it's unclear based on the still images how long the fight lasted.
