Kelechi Osemele to Sign with Raiders: Latest Contract Details, Reaction

The Oakland Raiders are betting big on Kelechi Osemele, reportedly agreeing to terms with the veteran offensive lineman ahead of the start of free agency.
Rand Getlin of NFL Network first reported the two sides "have an agreement in principle" and that Osemele will join the Raiders when free agency officially starts Wednesday.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network confirmed the deal, noting the agreement will make Osemele "one of the five highest-paid OL—including tackles" in the NFL, adding it will be worth more than $11 million per season. Getlin provided further detail, noting the deal is expected to be for five years and a maximum of $60 million.
Osemele spent the last four years with the Baltimore Ravens, who drafted him in the second round in 2012. Baltimore's chances of re-signing Osemele seemed to take a hit when the team slapped the franchise tag on kicker Justin Tucker rather than Osemele.
