Scott Tolzien to Colts: Latest Contract Details, Comments, Reaction

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay announced on Friday that his team signed quarterback Scott Tolzien. 
Tolzien has spent five years in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers backing up Alex Smith, Colin Kaepernick and Aaron Rodgers. 
During his time in the league, Tolzien appeared in six games, all with the Packers, where he held a 61.5 percent completion rate with 721 yards, one touchdown and five interceptions. 
His past preseason numbers, though, might have helped his case in heading to Indianapolis, according to ESPN.com's Jason Wilde:
