Foster Taking Time to Make Free-Agent Decision Friday, March 11 According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, the four-time Pro Bowler, who missed 12 games with a torn Achilles tendon last season, could wait until after the NFL draft to make a decision.   
When healthy, Foster is one of the best running backs in the NFL. The 29-year-old has eclipsed 1,200 yards four times in his career and has scored 54 touchdowns.
Florio said although some perceive the oft-injured back to be "washed up," he could eventually be a steal for a team that signs him.
