NFL Draft 2016: Full List of Compensatory Picks Released

On Friday, the NFL released its full list of compensatory picks for the upcoming draft, beginning on April 28.  
Here is the full list:
Teams receive compensatory draft picks if they lose "more or better" compensatory free agents than gained in the previous season, per NFL Communications. That means that compensatory free agents lost in 2015 allow teams to acquire these selections in 2016.
Those picks can only come in Rounds 3-6, and the standing of the selection is based off the quality of the player lost to free agency.
