Unrestricted free-agent linebacker Sean Spence is testing the market after four seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Spence Visits Dolphins Saturday, Mar. 12 According to Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post, Spence, along with quarterback Brandon Weeden and defensive end Jason Jones, visited with the Miami Dolphins. However, there is no contract news regarding any of them. 
Spence, who was a third-round pick of the Steelers in 2012, was finally able to consistently stay on the field in 2014 and 2015, as he missed just one game in that span. 
He missed the entire 2012 and 2013 seasons due to a knee injury that tore multiple ligaments. The injury looked so bad that Steelers defensive coordinator (then-linebackers coach) Keith Butler told Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette it would be a "miracle" if Spence played again.
