Brandon Weeden Re-Signs with Texans: Latest Contract Details, Comments, Reaction

Despite not living up to his first-round draft billing to date, Brandon Weeden's live arm and physical tools should allow him to be a mainstay on an NFL roster.
After spending time with the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans in 2015, Weeden will remain in his final destination of this past season. Mark Berman of Fox 26 reported the news while John McClain of the Houston Chronicle confirmed the report.

NFL Network's Rand Getlin noted Weeden's deal with the Texans is for two years and $4 million. 
Weeden failed to establish himself as the Cleveland Browns' franchise quarterback after the team drafted him in 2012—but many before and since Weeden have fallen short in Cleveland. He actually played rather well for Dallas before being released, posting a 92.1 passer rating in four games in 2015, including three starts.
