Fernando Velasco to Bills: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

Veteran offensive lineman Fernando Velasco signed with the Buffalo Bills on Thursday, the team announced. 
Figures of his contract have not been disclosed as of yet.
Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com reported that Velasco, who has 38 starts over a seven-year career, visited the Bills earlier on Thursday. He spent the last two years with the Carolina Panthers, starting eight games and helping to protect Cam Newton en route to the team's Super Bowl appearance.
At 6'3", 308 pounds, Velasco can bring a solid presence to the Bills' offensive line as either a center or guard. He's been brought in for depth purposes after they lost veteran backup Kraig Urbik, who signed with the Miami Dolphins in March.
The Bills have already re-signed free agents Cordy Glenn, who signed a franchise tender, and Richie Incognito, who inked a three-year deal. While Glenn is a tackle, Incognito fills one guard position that Velasco could have occupied.
