Johnny Manziel Reportedly Sued for Alleged Damages to Rental House in LA

Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has reportedly been sued over alleged damages to a Los Angeles home he rented in April.
According to TMZ Sports, real estate broker Nicholas Goodwin claimed Manziel—who introduced himself using the alias "Travis"—sought to rent the property for two nights and agreed "to pay a huge fine if more than 15 people came to the house at one time."
But during his stay at the house, Manziel allegedly threw parties that involved the consumption of drugs and alcohol, per TMZ. Goodwin also alleged the parties were so disruptive that police were called to the home.
Goodwin is now reportedly seeking damages in excess of $40,000, including a $10,000 "party penalty" after Manziel failed to uphold his end of the agreement.
In April, Page Six's Emily Smith reported Manziel had been accused of throwing parties that caused $32,000 in damage at the property rented out by Goodwin's company, LA Exotic Life.
