Marquess Wilson Injury: Updates on Bears WR’s Recovery from Foot Surgery

Chicago Bears wide receiver Marquess Wilson broke his foot Tuesday, according to Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times.

Wilson May Start Season on Physically Unable to Perform List Wednesday, June 15 Head coach John Fox confirmed Wilson may be on the PUP list when the regular season rolls around, according to Kevin Fishbain of Pro Football Weekly. Fox also said it was a refracture of the 23-year-old's left foot, per Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune, the same injury that resulted in him finishing the season on injured reserve last year.
He'll undergo surgery Monday, according to Finley. If he is moved to the reserve/PUP list heading into the regular season, he would be forced to miss the team's first six games.
