Green Bay Packers Sign Trio of Tryout Players

The draft is well in the rear-view mirror and the rookie orientation camp just wrapped up this past weekend.
The Packers went into camp with a spot open for two tryout players.
They released Jeremy Thompson after consulting with doctors and realizing his career was over. Then, after the re-signing of SS Charlie Peprah, the Packers released tight end Devin Frischknecht.
That left three spots available for tryout players and 28 players tried out.
Here is some information about those three recent signees.
 
SS Anthony Levine (Tennessee State)
5'11'', 195 lbs.
4.5 forty
He played in 40 games for coach Rod Reed and the Tennessee State Tigers and finished with 129 tackles, five interceptions, and two fumble recoveries. He has a long road ahead of him if he plans to beat out Charlie Peprah, Morgan Burnett, Derrick Martin, Atari Bigby, and Nick Collins.
 
DT Aleric Mullins (North Carolina)
6'1'', 320 lbs.
4.95 forty
