Joseph Randle Charged with Felony After Threatening Detention Deputy

Former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle threatened to kill a detention deputy on May 14, as revealed by an arrest affidavit released Monday, according to Amy Renee Leiker of the Wichita Eagle. 
Randle told the deputy while incarcerated, "I will kill you I swear on my life and everything that I have I will kill you when I get out" after being told he couldn't make a phone call. Per the affidavit, he made the threat several times.
The affidavit noted that the deputy felt "threatened by what Inmate Randle stated" and “was also threatened by the way Inmate Randle said the threats. The threat was made in a very aggressive manner by yelling them."
Randle, 24, was charged with one count of felony criminal threat, to go along with two other felony cases already pending. He allegedly hit three people with a car in February after being asked to leave a party and also has been charged with "interfering with law enforcement officers ...
