Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell is appealing the league's four-game suspension handed down to him after missing multiple drug tests during the offseason.

Bell's Future to Be Decided Soon Monday, Aug. 1 A decision on Bell's status should come by the team's second preseason game on Aug. 18, a source told Sporting News' Alex Marvez on Monday.
While Steelers fans might be nervous that they could miss their top rusher for the start of the season, Bell was very confident on social media that he would win his appeal, via Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "Trust me. I'm gonna win the appeal. (People) have no idea what happened."
He changed his tune when speaking with the media, via Kaboly: "I have to handle it for what it is and keep moving forward," Bell said. "I don't want to be a distraction to my teammates and Steelers Nation, so I am going to move forward and let everything else handle itself."
