Week 3 Waiver Wire: Projecting Top Fantasy Football Adds and Drops

The waiver wire can be pretty hit or miss in fantasy football, but every now and then you can find a diamond in the rough. The most difficult part about finding diamonds is sorting through all the rubble. 
While it's only Week 2, patience is wearing thin with some fantasy owners who are eager to kick-start their respective seasons. Some players have made great leaps and have been pleasant surprises, while some have been massive disappointments.
Take a player like running back Thomas Rawls for the Seattle Seahawks. Many speculated that he would be a No. 1 running back option this season, and though he's had a tough start to the 2016 season, there are some analysts who still believe in him. 
While I wouldn't go as far to drop Rawls at this point, he certainly has no right to start in your lineup in Week 3 or any week for that matter until he proves himself on the field.
