Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins has suffered a setback with his injured foot that has thrown his status for Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals into doubt.

Ryan Comments on Watkins' Playing Status Friday, Sept. 23 Bills head coach Rex Ryan told reporters Watkins is questionable for Sunday's game, and added the likelihood is "probably not real good" that the wideout would play. 
Ryan told reporters Watkins had his injured foot stepped on during a walkthrough on Friday.
