Fletcher Cox Injury: Updates on Eagles Star’s Ankle and Return

Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Fletcher Cox suffered an ankle injury during his team's Week 5 matchup with the Detroit Lions. However, he is ready to return.

Cox Is Lynchpin of Eagles Defense Now in his fifth season out of Mississippi State, Cox has been a bastion of health throughout his career. He has not missed a game since his rookie season, starting his last 52 games overall. Heading into Sunday, Cox has 13 tackles and four sacks. 
Cox signed a six-year, $102 million contract this offseason. The deal included a $26 million signing bonus and more than $63 million in guarantees.
