J.C. Tretter Injury: Updates on Packers Center’s Knee and Return

Green Bay Packers center J.C. Tretter suffered a knee injury during Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons.

Latest on Tretter's Playing Status Wednesday, Nov. 2 According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Tretter is expected to miss "several weeks."
The center is in his third season in the NFL and coming off a sophomore campaign in which he played in all 16 games, starting three of them. Head coach Mike McCarthy spoke with Mike Spofford of the team's official website about his center's progress.
"We’ve been doing work with Corey all along, and it starts in the strength and conditioning aspect of it," McCarthy said. "He’s a pro in his approach. His conditioning is at a very high level right now, but there’s nothing like football shape, and we understand that."
