Antrel Rolle Retires: Latest Comments and Reaction

After going unsigned through the first half of the 2016 NFL season, veteran safety Antrel Rolle is ready to call it a career.
Rolle joined NFL Network's Good Morning Football on Monday to discuss his retirement, among other topics:
"I'm at total peace. Like I said, go out and you're 33 years old and you're on injured reserve last year—that's going to scare a lot of teams away. I understand how the business works, and I'm fine with that," Rolle said.
Rolle played for the Arizona Cardinals, New York Giants and Chicago Bears across an 11-season career. He spent his first and only season with the Bears in 2015, recording 35 tackles in seven games before suffering a sprained MCL that put him on injured reserve. 
After Chicago drafted two safeties and let him go, Rolle ripped the franchise for its outdated playing surface, per Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune:
