Taylor Lewan Fined for Making Contact with an Official: Details and Reaction

Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Taylor Lewan has been fined $30,000 for making contact with an official during his team's Week 10 game against the Green Bay Packers, Paul Kuharsky of ESPN.com reported Thursday.
The third-year player was ejected for the incident, which started with Lewan shoving Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion. When the official moved in the way to break it up, Lewan pushed him instead.
Quarterback Marcus Mariota was happy his tackle came to his defense after a potential late hit, per Jim Wyatt of the team's official website. On the other hand, head coach Mike Mularkey thought it was the right call and said Lewan "should not have been where he was," per Wyatt.
The 25-year-old said he will appeal the fine, per Kuharsky:
