NFL Power Rankings: Week 12 Standings and Review After Sunday’s Games

It's hard to believe that Week 11 of the 2016 NFL season is nearly over, with the exception of Monday night's game featuring the Houston Texans and Oakland Raiders, but some teams are still on the fringe of whether they're contenders or pretenders.
One thing is certain after 11 weeks, however, and that is the Cleveland Browns are now officially out of the playoff picture, per NFL Research:
With a record of 0-11, the Browns not making the playoffs is a surprise to no one. But what is a surprise is how bad they actually are. When the Detroit Lions went 0-16 back in 2008, they at least tried to play and had some games that were relatively close.
But this Browns team? It's a total rebuild that has no clear end in sight, leaving some Browns fans wondering if they could even beat the best college football team in the nation, the Alabama Crimson Tide:
