Short memories are important in the NFL and fantasy football.
When a quarterback throws a bad interception, he needs to forget about it and focus on the next drive. If you make a bad lineup decision or a reliable player doesn’t come through in a great matchup, let it go and don’t let those past decisions cloud your judgment. 
If you started Ben Roethlisberger with confidence in a favorable matchup with the Cleveland Browns last week, the results weren’t optimal, but you can’t blame Big Ben for failing to live up to expectations when the weather wasn’t cooperating. You should be ready to fire up the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback against the Indianapolis Colts on Thanksgiving night. 
The same goes for the Carolina Panthers' Greg Olsen. Sure, he’s been disappointing in recent weeks, but you must have him back out there this week when he heads to Oakland to take on the Raiders.
