Indianapolis Colts cornerback Vontae Davis left and will not return to Thursday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers after suffering a groin injury.

Latest on Davis' Playing Status Thursday, Nov. 24  Davis, 28, went down in the first half and was eventually ruled out. He had one tackle before exiting. 
Davis Can't Shake the Injury Bug in '16 In his fifth season with the Colts, Davis has battled injuries for most of the year. He missed one game thus far with various ailments and was wearing a walking boot during the week before their Thanksgiving matchup against the Steelers.
Davis had recorded four interceptions in each of the previous two seasons while emerging as a stalwart in the Colts secondary. He'd missed just one game from 2013 to 2015 after struggling with injuries during his first Indianapolis campaign.
