Mark Ingram Injury: Updates on Saints RB’s Toe and Return

New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram is dealing with a toe injury, and his status for Week 13 against the Detroit Lions is unclear.

Latest on Ingram's Practice Status Thursday, Dec. 1
According to ESPN.com's Mike Triplett, Ingram missed practice Thursday due to a toe ailment after previously sitting out Wednesday as well.
He was questionable for Week 12 after suffering a concussion, but Ingram played and lit up the Los Angeles Rams to the tune of 146 rushing yards, 21 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Injuries have been a problem for Ingram throughout his NFL career. He has missed at least three games in each of the previous three seasons, only reaching the 16-game mark once in five seasons. 
Weirdly, while the injuries have piled up for Ingram since 2013, he's actually had the most success during that span. His 5.3 yards per carry this season is the highest mark of his career.
