Picking Over Scraps: Terrell Owens Tops List of Unsigned NFL Free Agents

The NFL offseason has finally entered a period of little activity with most of the significant free agents having found homes and the rookie draft now in the rearview mirror.
However, the free agent market still possesses some solid talent that should find its way onto rosters in the near future and likely into productive roles in 2010. Teams have filled out their 80 man rosters and will use the ongoing round of organized team activities to assess their rosters and determine if and where reinforcements are required.
Look for the remaining veteran free agents on the market to begin finding teams starting in a week or two. Let's have a look at the top five remaining 2010 free agents.
There are clearly issues with all of these players and that is why they remain on the market. However, the majority appear to remain reasonably productive and, if healthy, would improve the rosters of many of the teams in the league.
