Joe Cool Flacco has had a pretty exciting offseason. Acquiring an elite receiver like Anquan Boldin gives him a legitimate target down the field. A middle of the pack offense last year, the Ravens relied on a strong running core backed by Ray Rice and Willis McGahee. Everyone knows about their 5th ranked running offense and their less than stellar 18th ranked passing offense. Don’t expect the new acquisitions at receiver (don’t forget about Donte’ Stallworth) to change the run-first philosophy of the Ravens. Within their own division, the Ravens saw their arch nemesis Steelers get away from their power football philosophy last year. Look how that turned out. Joe Flacco will once again be asked to "manage" games for his team, which means he won’t rack up crazy fantasy points.
