Michael Vick on Thin Ice After Recent Club Shooting: My Two Cents

It's no secret that Michael Vick has had his fair share of run-ins with the law.
In the not-so-distant past Vick, who was with the Atlanta Falcons at the time, inspired picketers from animal-rights groups like PETA, protesting his alleged involvement in a dogfighting ring.
Vick entered a not-guilty plea, but served 21 months in a federal prison for his role in the case. Long story short, he was the money-man and facilitated land for his friends' dogs to go head-to-head.
That's how the story goes, anyways.
Vick is back in the headlines —and it's not for good deeds.
A co-defendant in Vick's 2007 animal cruelty-dogfighting case, Quanis Phillips, was shot at Vick's 30th birthday party in the early morning hours of June 25 in Virginia. Phillips suffered minor injuries.
After a cake-throwing incident and an argument about who invited Phillips, Vick's younger brother, Marcus Vick, was said to have escorted Phillips out of the night club.
