Is Baltimore’s Joe Flacco the Next Quarterback to Rise to Elite Status?

In continuing our coverage of specific fantasy football  players that we feel need special attention and dissection, NFL Soup puts Baltimore Ravens' quarterback Joe Flacco under the microscope in our latest Fantasy Player Profile .
The great thing about Flacco, besides his awesome supporting defense and the running highlight-reel that is Ray Rice, is that he has shown steady progress over the past two seasons.
Despite a lanky frame and the weak competition at D-II Delaware, Flacco has stepped up his game and performed at a fairly high level ever since entering the league. In addition to minimizing mistakes and turnovers (just 12 picks in each of last two seasons), and completing an impressive 60 percent of his passes in both seasons of his young career, Flacco also has led the Ravens to the playoffs twice.
He's a young quarterback with a cannon arm, solid mobility, an improving supporting cast, and a great head on his shoulders.
