By subjecting Albert Haynesworth to a stringent cardiovascular examination and making sure it was impossible for him to pass, Mike Shanahan essentially expelled Jim Zorn's brief legacy into oblivion.
No longer are the Redskins going to wet themselves at the mere thought of a two game winning streak.
Last year, the Skins seemed to think about not gift-wrapping a game to an opponent nearly every other fortnight and Zorn took most of the heat for his team's inability to win.
The Redskins fixed this by bringing in a guy who not only has experience filling up the 'W' column, but who possesses the square face and stern demeanor of a man who can't help but unite middle-aged egos en route to a common goal.
Aside from Shanahan, the most visible change the Redskins underwent this year was at quarterback, with the acquisition of Donovan McNabb—the most disrespected athlete since Dallas Braden.
