2010 NFL Offseason Acquisitions that Will Impress

If you like the NFL, even a little bit, you cannot help but feel butterflies this time of year.  Is my team playoff-caliber?  What players will make the biggest leaps?  Did the moves we made this offseason thrust us into contention?
Lord only knows I've got questions about my team......
I'm going to try and answer the last question, at least in regards to ten players who either moved to different teams or were wisely retained by their own.  Rookies are welcome as well, as we all know they can be the difference between 11-5 and 8-8 if they're quick enough to contribute.
No psychic here, nor am I a professional reporter of any team.  Simply a long-time NFL fan who does his best to call things as he sees them while striving for objectivity.  If you agree or choose to disagree, should you feel strongly enough let me know.   That's the beauty of this time of year, there's no right or wrong answers!
