2010 NFL Draft: How the Donovan McNabb Trade Affects Cleveland

Now that Donovan McNabb has been traded to the Washington Redskins, this could open the door for the Cleveland Browns get Sam Bradford.
Should the St. Louis Rams decide to pass on Sam Bradford with the No. 1 overall pick, the only other team that would've been interested in drafting him in the first round, Washington, now has other concerns to address with their first pick.
This isn't to say the Redskins still won't draft a quarterback this year; it's just now unlikely they will do it in the first round.
Cleveland Browns Team President Mike Holmgren already has expressed a lot of interest in Bradford, but the point was considered moot, as it had become consensus among draft experts that even if Bradford didn't go to St. Louis, then he would never make it past the Redskins.
The only wild card in this scenario would be the Seattle Seahawks, who might see Bradford as a good project to replace Matt Hasselback in a few years.
